Season Ticket Holder Gate – All season ticket holders are permitted and encouraged to use the Bulls Private Season Ticket Holder Gate for easy access in and out of the ballpark. Entry at this gate also makes you eligible for season ticket holder drawings.
Buying on Hold Tickets – After the Box Office has placed your single or season tickets on hold, you have the option of completing the sale transaction using TicketReturn.

No Wasted Tickets – Scheduling problems are a thing of the past. If you can’t make it to a game, exchange your unused season tickets:
- a Sunday through Thursday, regular season home game, for a seat of equal or lesser value, based on availability; or
- a Friday or Saturday, regular season home game, for a Diamond View Seat or Lawn admission, based on availability.
- Unused tickets through July 13, 2008 can be exchanged for games prior to the All-Star Break.Ê Unused tickets after July 13, 2008 may be exchanged for all games through the end of the regular season.
